The MLSConnect.us™ Buyer’s Rebate Program is designed for homebuyers who want to play a more active role in the home buying process. With the tools that are available today on the internet, homebuyers can do much of the research and legwork that was traditionally part of what a Realtor was compensated for. Therefore, at MLSConnect.us™ we believe our Buyer’s are entitled to receive part of the commission.

When you use a traditional real estate agent, your cash back amount is $0 – although you may get a lovely housewarming gift or get taken to lunch. Compare the MLSConnect.us™ Buyer’s Rebate Program, here are the typical amounts you can expect back:

Basically, your typical rebate equates to the difference between the usual full buyer’s agent commission of 3% (or whatever amount is offered to the Buyer’s Agent) minus MLS Connect’s 1% transaction fee.

Our Buyer Rebate Plan is a simple and effective.

1.	Sign-Up – customer registration is free and easy. The registration form is designed to be brief so we can get you started immediately Register Now. Upon registration you are assigned a licensed Realtor who is there to assist you throughout the purchasing process. You will be contacted within 24 hours for an initial consultation. The only thing our agents don’t do is show houses like a traditional agent.
2.	Find a Home - Begin your home search with assistance from MLS Connect – or search on your own. Use our MLS database to find your next home. Begin your search here. We can send you MLS listings and you also can search Realtor.com, new construction sales centers and open houses – other great ways to locate your property and get your rebate. You don’t need to find your property through MLS Connect to get your rebate….you can find your property anywhere.
3.	Pre-Approval - Since our Realtors will not be showing you the home, we only present offers on behalf of pre-approved Buyers. This gives your offer more credibility with the Seller and allows us to schedule a showing for you through the listing agent. Get Pre-approved Now. You do not need to use our affiliated mortgage company for this.
4.	Earn Your Rebate - The Seller or Seller’s agent must always be notified up-front that we’re representing you or you will risk losing your rebate. You can print a copy of our business card here to present to the listing agent or homeowner. It’s better if we call on your behalf to set up appointments. And all offers should be submitted by us on you behalf.
5.	Make and Offer -When you are ready to make an offer simply go to the MLS Connect library and fill out the offer form. Your MLS Connect agent will prepare the official documents and return them to you to review and sign. Next your MLS Connect agent will present the offer on your behalf and discuss with you any counter offers. This process will continue until a final offer is accepted.
6.	Acceptance & Closing - Once your offer is accepted we will guide you all the way through to the closing.
7.	Your Cash - At closing, we receive the commission from the Seller and give YOU a “Realtor Credit” on the closing statement, or within 14 business days after we receive the commission, we give you a rebate check for the difference between the commission paid and 1% of the sales price – typically 2% of the sales price.

We encourage you to take advantage of this program. There is never any commitment on your part and you have no obligation to use this service until you place a home under contract through MLS Connect. We will never stand in the way of the ultimate goal, which is for you to purchase the property you desire.
